MANDALA PAINTING WORKSHOP
In Nepali culture, making mandalas is a ritual passed down through generations. The mandala, an integrated image of wholeness, dates back to ancient times. Mandala practice, while painting, opens the heart, calms the mind, and has the capacity to expand consciousness.
In this workshop you will learn how to draw your own Mandalas, learn how to reduce stress and anxiety through creating Mandalas and learn how art can be
a mindfulness practice.
Open to all levels of artists, we will be exploring collage, drawing, color mixing and painting.
