In Nepali culture, making mandalas is a ritual passed down through generations. 

In this workshop you will learn how to draw your own Mandalas,  learn how to reduce stress and anxiety through creating Mandalas and learn how art can be

a mindfulness practice.

Open to all levels of artists, we will be exploring collage, drawing, color mixing and painting.

All material will be provided.
