Join licensed psychotherapist Elena Gonzalez, LCSW, and artist Stephanie Waisler-Rubin for an unforgettable journey of self-expression and connection. In this fun, introspective art-making experience, you'll be guided step-by-step to unlock your creativity, dive deep into your emotions, and explore new ways of processing life’s challenges.
Together, we will create a safe, supportive space where you can freely express yourself, connect with others, and tap into the healing power of art. This is more than just a class—it's an experience that will leave you feeling inspired, empowered, and connected to your inner self.
Throughout the 8-hour workshop, participants will begin with qigong in the garden to ground and center your energy, while opening up our creative flow. Then in the studio we will create unique, large-scale, chakra-inspired collages, tapping into stored energy, thoughts, and emotions.
As you move through this artistic journey, we will offer a therapeutic space to process emotions or insights that arise.
